This classic Ladies double breasted pattern has a shaped top joined at the waist to a gorgeous flowing skirt, creating a very voluminous flowing raincoat. With this coat you can choose a collar or a drawstring hood.  This raincoat has eight welded PVC buttons, two internal side pockets, belt loops and matching tie belt.
